Rare Antique Georgian circa 1790s Pendant

Rare antique Georgian circa  1790s enamel
Brooch with natural rubies, natural pearls and rose cut diamonds.  This piece had a glass locket on the back which was used to put a pocket of hair of one who was loved.  The gold had wear per age, Beautiful piece. Measured approximately 1.25 inches in length. 
I bought it at a high end antique jewelry store in Connecticut.
