Rare Antique Edwardian Ruby Diamond Platinum Pearl Necklace

Antique Edwardian ruby diamond platinum gold necklace.  This piece is stunning.  It has a combination of 9 round and oval ruby stones. The main stone is large.  I was told these are Burmese rubies when I bought it and I have tried to verify that but jewelers want to send it out and I don’t trust that process. There are approximately 8 diamonds that are rose cuts.  7 natural pearls with beautiful luster. The chain is 18k and added to the piece at some point in time. The main piece is 14k and platinum. Measures approximately 16” in length. 
I bought this necklace many years ago and never wore it.  I’m selling it for close to what I paid then. I offer layaway on my website. Ship when paid in full with full insurance .
