Vintage Anthony Nak rare London topaz 18k chained wrapped necklace. It is adjustable. There s a tiny blue topaz stone at clasp. The topaz is a rare deep London blue color.  The stone is large. Total weight approximately 18gm. Matching earrings listed separately.
