Chanel blue silk short sleeved blouse with heels , bags and pearls.  The buttons are clams with small cc. It’s a FR 40. Runway photo shows print in pink top. 
Measurements: shoulders-  17”, bust 38” and length approximately 25”. 
It has shoulder pads that can be removed.
