Vintage Emilio Pucci Velvet Skirt w Vest

This set is gorgeous and never worn. Vintage Emilio Pucci blue velvet with tiny flowers. Marked Sz VINTAGE 14 - which about US 8. The skirt has a front flare, side zipper. The vest has no button. Both are lined. Sold at Saks.  
Vest- bust approximately 36” length 23”. 
Shirt- waist approximately 34”, hips 40” length 30”.
